проблемы с mysql

предистория, была смена версии мускула, при обновлении ОС и последующим pkg upgrade

подскажите пжл как решить проблему, не могу сделать резервную копию базы, выбивает ошибку

mysqldump: Couldn't execute 'SHOW VARIABLES LIKE 'gtid\_mode'': Table 'performance_schema.session_variables' doesn't exist

вроде как пишет гугл что решение это mysql_upgrade - mysql_upgrade -u root -p --force, попробовал без ключа --force в итоге получил ошибку

mysql_upgrade: [ERROR] 1146: Table 'mysql.innodb_table_stats' doesn't exist

чекнул эту таблицу

восстанавливаться не хочет

так как не могу сделать дамп базы боюсь навредить, с ключом --force не должна быть потеря данных?
каким еще образом можно сохранить нужную БД чтобы не потерять данные?

перед манипуляциями с базой делаем ее бэкап
cp -r /var/db/mysql /root

1) Удалить эти таблицы из Mysql:
innodb_index_stats
innodb_table_stats
slave_master_info
slave_relay_log_info
slave_worker_info



root#mysql -u root -p
mysql>use mysql;
mysql>DROP TABLE innodb_index_stats;
mysql>DROP TABLE innodb_table_stats;
mysql>DROP TABLE slave_master_info;
mysql>DROP TABLE slave_relay_log_info;
mysql>DROP TABLE slave_worker_info;

2) Удалить файлы *.frm и *.ibd для 5 таблиц выше.

3) вместо поиска структуры таблиц, проще будет на виртуалке поднять фрю, установить туда мускул,
сделать дамп БД мускула и оттуда уже взять структуру таблиц нужных

Создайте таблицы, выполнив следующие запросы:

4) Перезагружаем сервер MySQL.

 

service mysql-server restart

 

если нужно то еще делаем обновление, так как у меня проблемы начались после обновления пакетов pkg upgrade

 

mysql_upgrade -u root -p
service mysql-server restart
